2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

  • Website design and development services after project commencement
  • UI/UX design work once drafts are shared
  • Digital marketing campaigns once activated
  • SEO services after implementation begins
  • Paid consultations and strategic advisory sessions

Additionally, the following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Domain registrations
  • Web hosting services
  • Third-party tools, plugins, or software licenses
  • Subscription-based services purchased on behalf of the client
  • Advance booking or resource allocation fees

These payments cover time, labor, and third-party commitments that cannot be reversed.

3. PROJECT CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Project Initiation:

If a cancellation request is submitted and approved before work begins:

  • A partial refund may be granted
  • Administrative, planning, and processing charges will be deducted

After Project Commencement:

If a project is cancelled after work has started:

  • Charges will apply proportionate to the completed work
  • Non-refundable components will be excluded from refund consideration
  • A detailed work report may be provided upon request

4. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on the payment gateway or banking institution
  • Duration may vary based on financial provider policies

  • Banks
  • Payment gateways
  • Credit card providers
  • Third-party financial intermediaries
